This Privacy Policy explains how Hexalyte collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Hexalyte Salon marketing site (salon.hexalyte.com), admin application (admin.hexalyte.com), tenant apps (*.salon.hexalyte.com), and related APIs (api.salon.hexalyte.com).
1. Who we are
Hexalyte provides multi-tenant salon management software (appointments, payments, CRM, staff tools, and related services). Contact: hello@hexalyte.com / support@hexalyte.com.
2. Information we collect
- Account data — name, username, email, phone, role, and authentication credentials (passwords hashed; SSO via Keycloak where enabled).
- Business data — salon/branch details, staff, customers, appointments, payments, inventory, and related operational records entered by tenants.
- Usage & device data — IP address, browser/app type, logs needed for security, debugging, and service reliability.
- Support & billing — tickets, invoices, bank-slip uploads, and subscription metadata.
3. How we use information
- Provide, secure, and improve the platform
- Authenticate users and prevent abuse
- Process subscriptions and send transactional notices
- Provide customer support
- Comply with legal obligations
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with infrastructure/email/SMS providers solely to operate the service, with professional advisors when required, or when legally compelled. Tenant customer data remains under the control of the tenant that collected it.
5. Retention & security
We retain data for as long as accounts are active and as needed for legal, billing, and security purposes. We use TLS in transit, access controls, and industry-standard practices. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal data we hold about you. Tenants manage their own customer records inside the product. Contact support@hexalyte.com for requests.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session security. Marketing pages may use fonts and analytics-equivalent operational metrics only as needed to deliver the site.
