Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to and use of Hexalyte Salon software and related sites, including salon.hexalyte.com, admin.hexalyte.com, tenant subdomains, and APIs.
1. The service
Hexalyte provides a multi-tenant salon management platform (scheduling, payments, CRM, staff tools, customer portal, and related features). Features available depend on your subscription plan.
2. Accounts & eligibility
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your tenant account and authorized users.
- Platform administrators may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting unauthorized access, disrupting availability, uploading malware, scraping beyond normal product use, or using the platform for unlawful activity (including phishing or spam).
4. Customer & business data
Tenants own the business and customer data they enter. You represent that you have rights to process that data and will comply with applicable privacy laws. Our Privacy Policy describes how Hexalyte processes platform data.
5. Fees & subscription
Paid plans are billed according to the plan selected at signup or later upgrades. Non-payment may result in suspension. Trial periods, if offered, convert or expire as described at signup.
6. Intellectual property
Hexalyte and its licensors own the platform software, branding, and documentation. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service during an active subscription.
7. Availability & disclaimer
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hexalyte is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of profits/data arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to fees paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or risk to the platform or other customers.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the updated date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
